What Do I Do If...

Find out what to if you am being bullied or think I'm bullying someone else?

Do

DO Talk to someone – it is not snitching or getting someone in trouble. If you don’t say anything it won’t get any better.
DO Write it down – try to write what happened and how you feel. If you can show somebody
DO Ask your friends to stay with you
DO Stay away from the person using bullying behaviour
DO Check your school’s anti-bullying policy. This will tell you what your school should do about bullying.
DO Ask to know what is going to be done
DO Remember it is not your fault. No one has the right to make you feel sad

Don’t

DON’T Fight back or say names back even if you feel like it – it will make it worse and you can get in trouble
DON’T Ignore It – it won’t go away and could get worse
DON’T Keep it to yourself
